  Procedures

 

Hours of Operation

* Office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
* Shipping operations from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – (no lunch closures)
* Receiving export freight from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – (no lunch closures)

 

Shipping

* Pallet exchange program
* Drivers must have a copy of a delivery order to pick up freight no exceptions!

 

Receiving

* All containers picked up will be unloaded during night operations unless arrangements are made prior to container being picked up
* Containers with police or other than original seals will not be unloaded until we receive permission from our customer.

 

General Order

* Freight that is not customs cleared 15 days from available date is eligible for general order (G.O.)
* Lien releases are issued upon receiving payment, customs clearance and freight releases.

 

Dispatch/ Deliveries

* Please give dispatch at least 24 hour notice for deliveries, so they may be scheduled
* 99% on time deliveries.
* Deliveries are given 2 hour free time.

Guard Service

* Anyone entering Arrowpac property must stop at security for a gate pass

* Everyone picking up freight from our facility must have a safety vest.  If you don't have one you can purchase one from us
